About me
Alisa (she/they) is a traveling healing arts practitioner and creative currently residing primarily on Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho land. As a queer, multi-ethnic being, she has come to delight in straddling many simultaneous identities. Nonduality is the guidepost for Alisa’s offerings, as she blends soul work, somatics, energy healing, folk medicine, and individual + community wholeness.
She incorporates wisdom teachings from the Wise Woman tradition, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Archaeology, Usui Reiki, cross-cultural folk medicine, and intuitive, ancestral practices.

Soul Work
Following the Wise Woman tradition, Alisa supports others on their individual and collective spiral path journeys. We’ll invite in the wisdom of the mind, body, spirit, earth, and ancestors, as you remember your own inner wisdom and whole, authentic Self. This work is offered both virtually and in-person (for folks in the Denver area).
Energy Healing
We’ll work to lovingly tend to physical, spiritual, and energetic blocks that may contribute to feelings of stuck-ness, disjointedness, and dis-ease in your being. This work is offered both virtually and in-person (for folks in the Denver area).
Folk Medicine
During our time together, Alisa will provide intuitive offerings on plant allies and folk medicines that may support you in tending to your being.
Community Offerings
As a student of the nun-dual path and collective liberation, Alisa believes in tending to the ‘Self’ and the ‘other’ simultaneously. She is currently in collaboration with other like-minded practitioners to provide community healing circles, and accessible retreats. These offerings will be provided in array of online and in-person settings.

Individual sessions are generally $115, depending on length and services. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I offer a sliding scale model, and want to find a fee that works for everyone. I am also working with folks to discuss work-trade options/exchanges, and payment plans.

Alisa places on emphasis on collaboration and following the flow! We will work together to imagine what types of offerings might be well-suited for you at this time, and allow our work to shift and evolve as it desires. You can combine soul work, energy healing, and folk medicine all at once, or work with one at a time, depending on what feels best.
